YOUR KEY TC

Susan utilizes her experiences as a Realtor and Escrow Assistant in providing top quality support and file management as a member of Your Key TC. 

As a Realtor, Susan received the 100% Satisifaction Award and was named Agent of the Month.  However she found her calling to be in file managment and agent support and takes great pride in being methodical, resourceful, creative and up to date on current DRE regulations. 

She is licensed with the California Department of Real Estate, a member of San Diego Association of Realtors, enabling her access to MLS and WINforms, and is also a Notary Public and Certifed Loan Signing Agent. 

As part of the Your Key TC team, she represents the agent in a professional manner while working with escrow, cooperating brokers, buyers, seller and all involved parties.  She is pro-active in creating and obtaining the necessary documents and makes sure all parties are kept up to date and informed. 

 Gillian Cash-Lewin

 
Gillian has 15 years of experience in Southern California Real Estate. She has worked in many areas of the industry, including Property Resales, New Home Sales, Income Property Sales, Mobile/Manufactred Home Sales, Property Management  and Construction.

She has been a Notary Public since May, 2004 and obtained her Certification as a Loan Signing Agent in September of the same year.

Gillian’s professional expertise and experience is fully utilized in her ability to implement and manage timely and cost-effective completion of multiple projects.

A detail oriented, dedicated professional, Gillian has taken her skills in contracts and transactions to a new level of proficiency as a part of the Your Key TC team.

Our goal with each and every transaction is to provide the support and legwork needed to complete a DRE compliant file while allowing the agent to focus on business.
